1. Who We Are
leopards-tracking.pk ("Leopards Tracking," "we," "us") is an independent parcel tracking platform. We are not affiliated with Leopards Courier Services (LCS).
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information to operate the tracking service:
- CN Numbers: Entered by you for the purpose of fetching live tracking data. We do not store CN numbers after the query completes.
- Server Logs: Standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, URL accessed) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted.
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized page view counts. No personal identifiers are collected or stored.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal identification
- Payment information of any kind
- Location data
- Cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking
- Device fingerprints or persistent identifiers
4. How We Use Information
Server log data is used only for security monitoring and abuse prevention (e.g., rate-limiting excessive API calls). We do not sell, share, or monetize any data we collect.
5. Third-Party Services
When you track a parcel, our server queries the Leopards Courier system on your behalf. This query is performed server-side — your IP address is not sent to Leopards Courier's servers. Standard CDN and hosting infrastructure may process request data as part of delivering the web service.
6. Cookies
We use only a minimal session cookie required for security (CSRF protection). No advertising or tracking cookies are set. No third-party cookie consent is required.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not store personal data, there is generally no personal data to access, correct, or delete. For server log removal requests, contact [email protected].
8. Data Security
All connections to leopards-tracking.pk use HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3). Security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options) are applied to all responses. No tracking data is stored in databases accessible to the public.
9. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
