Leopards Courier Delivery Time — City-by-City Estimates 2026
Same-city next-day, provincial 2–3 days, cross-province 3–5 days. Find exact timelines for every major route, understand hub delays, and know when to escalate a late delivery.
Delivery Time Summary
Leopards Courier (LCS) operates three broad delivery zones across Pakistan. Delivery time starts from the moment the parcel is physically picked up and scanned at the origin hub — not the booking time. Use the LCS tracking tool to see real-time progress for your shipment.
Same City
1 Business Day
Next-day delivery within the same metropolitan area
Same Province
2–3 Business Days
Within Punjab, Sindh, KPK, or Balochistan
Cross-Province
3–5 Business Days
Between different provinces including AJK
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Remote areas (GB, far Balochistan) may require additional 2–3 days.

Factors Affecting Delivery Time
Distance & Zone
The primary factor. Same-city deliveries run 1 day; cross-province shipments (e.g., Karachi to Peshawar) take 3–5 days as parcels route through multiple LCS hubs before reaching the destination city.
Parcel Weight & Dimensions
Oversized or overweight parcels (above 20 kg or exceeding 60×40×40 cm) may require special handling queues, adding 1 day. Volumetric weight is calculated as L×W×H÷5000.
Public Holidays
Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha cause the largest delays — up to 5–7 extra days due to 3-day shutdowns plus post-holiday volume surges. Plan shipments 5–7 days in advance during Eid season.
Weather Events
Monsoon flooding (July–September) regularly disrupts road networks in Sindh and KPK. Winter fog (December–February) causes air cargo delays at Lahore and Islamabad airports.
Recipient Availability
Each failed delivery attempt adds 1 business day. If the recipient is unavailable for all 3 attempts, the parcel is held at the nearest <Link>Express Centre</Link> for 5 days before return.
Hub Processing Load
Peak e-commerce periods (Daraz 11.11, mid-month salary days) cause processing backlogs at LCS hubs. Build in 1–2 extra days during these events for economy shipments.
How Hub Processing Adds Time
Every Leopards Courier parcel passes through a 3-tier hub system before delivery. Each leg adds processing time that is often invisible in tracking until the status updates. Learn more at the Arrived at LCS3 guide.
LCS3 — Origin Hub
6–12 hours
Your parcel is collected, weighed, labeled, and sorted by destination. This is the first scan you see on the tracker. Shipments booked after 3 PM may miss the same-day dispatch.
LCS2 — Regional Hub
6–18 hours
The regional sorting facility (e.g., Lahore hub for all Punjab shipments). Parcels are consolidated, manifested, and dispatched to the destination city hub. Delays here cause cascading delivery delays.
LCS1 — Destination Hub
4–12 hours
The destination city hub. Parcels are sorted to delivery routes and assigned to riders. "Out for Delivery" status appears after this step. Final-mile delivery takes 2–6 hours.
Delivery Cutoff Times
The booking cutoff time determines whether your parcel enters the same-day dispatch cycle. Missing the cutoff by even 30 minutes means your parcel enters the next morning's dispatch queue, effectively adding one full business day to the estimated delivery time.

Weekend & Holiday Delays
Friday Jumu'ah prayers (12–2 PM) can slow same-day Tez Raftar deliveries. Sundays are non-working. Public holidays below cause significant delays — plan critical shipments around these dates.
| Holiday | Impact | Added Delay |
|---|---|---|
| Eid-ul-Fitr | 3-day national holiday + 1–2 days post-Eid surge | 5–7 days added |
| Eid-ul-Adha | 3-day national holiday | 4–6 days added |
| Independence Day (14 Aug) | 1-day holiday | 1–2 days added |
| Quaid-e-Azam Day (25 Dec) | 1-day holiday | 1 day added |
| Ashura | Security-related delays in some cities | 1–3 days variable |
